Members of the Ohio Maple Producers Association from across the state took part in the District One tour and meeting in Medina this month. According to OMPA president Jen Freeman it is an opportunity for producers to gather and discuss changes and challenges in the industry. Ohio is one of only 14 states where maple syrup is produced.
