Support for Ohio livestock and poultry producers

$14 million is now available to support Ohio livestock and poultry producers. Governor Mike DeWine recently announced the funding is part of the Ohio Meat Processing Grant Program and applications for grants up to $500,000 are now being accepted. Eligible applicants include federal or state-registered meat harvesting or processing facilities in Ohio. Eligible costs include new and upgraded machinery, other equipment and technology products, and plant construction or expansion for confinement, processing, and refrigeration.
